3. Warranty

• 30-day warranty on labour for repairs performed by our technician.
• Warranty does not cover new parts (manufacturer warranty applies).
• Warranty is void if the AC is tampered with by a third party.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide safe and clear access to the AC unit.
• Inform us of any pre-existing electrical or structural issues.
• Ensure someone above 18 is present during the service visit.
